    New York Times Bestseller

I turned 40 yesterday, and the New York Times was kind enough to give me a gift that I’ve been wanting for years.

So just to reiterate, from now on I’m to be correctly addressed as “Chris Roberson, New York Times Bestselling writer.” (That’s the way I’ll be signing all of my checks, too.)

    Bill Walko’s Wonder Twins

I love love LOVE this redesign of the Wonder Twins that Bill Walko posted to his deviantART page.I used to entertain fantasies of convincing DC to publish an all-ages Wonder Twins series through their Johnny DC line, and if I had by some fluke managed to get one off the ground, this is what it should have looked like. And I love the fact that the twins are doing a kind of “fist bump” to activate their powers, a perfect updating of the concept.

Lots more great stuff in the link, so be sure to check it out.

    iZombie #5 cover and preview

Over at Vertigo’s Graphic Content blog, they’ve posted the cover and a few preview pages of next week’s iZombie #5, which wraps up the first story arc. That’s next week, not tomorrow, in case anyone is easily confused. (I know I am.) There’s at least one spoilery reveal in this preview, so if you prefer to be surprised when you read the actual issue you might want to steer clear.

    That’s a beautiful cover, though, isn’t it?
