Up Next
The contracts went off in today's mail, and while I'm sure Solaris will be making a more official announcement at some point, I'll spill a few beans here. The next Celestial Empire project will be Three Unbroken, a serialized novel that will start appearing online this fall. The story takes place during the Second Mexic War, contemporaneous with "Line of Dichotomy" and The Dragon's Nine Sons, and involves three soldiers in the military of the Dragon Throne, a pilot, an infantryman, and a marine commando. Each of the sixty-four chapters in the novel will be headed by, and will illustrate the traditional interpretation of, a hexagram of the I Ching.

Congrats...but this just puts more things in my to read pile...
I think the main thing that attending cons has done to me is to introduce me to new writers that I might have overlooked before.

Well, I doubt that writing slower would help you and your family, :)

Great...I'm going to be there (I thought it went well last year), and will try and actually introduce myself...maybe even get an autograph, :)
